Brain Matters II: Ethics in the Translation of Neuroscience Research to Psychiatric and Neurological Care
Date: May 26-27, 2011
Location: Montreal, Quebec Canada
The International Neuroethics Network (INN) was launched by CIHR-INMHA in 2005 at the Society for Neuroscience annual meeting in Washington, D.C. under the leadership of Remi Quirion (INMHA), Judy Illes (UBC), and Astrid Eberhardt (INMHA). The network's vision is to foster international collaboration in neuroethics through the identification of common priorities and joint funding opportunities. The INN's objective is to serve as a means of communication and support among neuroethicists around the world. The network is focused on increasing its membership through new partnerships, greater presence at neuroscience meetings, community engagement, leadership positions in neuroethics and educational resources.
